يهدف البحث إلي وضع تصور مقترح لمرصد تربوي مصري علي ضوء خبرات بعض الدول فقد أصبحت المراصد التربوية جزءا لا يتجزأ من المشهد التربوي السياسي و التنموي في العديد من البلدان المتقدمة وقد لا نبالغ إذا قلنا أن لها دورا أساسيا في نهوض الأمم و تقدم الشعوب نحو تحقيق أهدافها و قد ارتفع شأن تلك المراصد التربوية إلى حد أصبحت فيه أحد الفاعلين في رسم التوجهات السياسية و الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و التربوية و أحد المؤثرين فيها و أحد المشاركين في وضع الحلول لها و قد توصل البحث الي أهمية المراصد التربوية ودورها الفاعل في الارتقاء بالتعليم و انتهى البحث بوضع تصور مقترح يشتمل على أهداف المرصد التربوي المصري و مجالات عمله.
English Abstract
The research aims to create a Suggested perception for an Egyptian educational observatory in light of the experiences of some countries.
Educational observatories have become an integral part of the educational and political scene in many developed countries, and we may not exaggerate if we say that they have a fundamental role in the rise of nations and the progress of peoples towards Achieving its goals, and the importance of those educational observatories has risen to the point where they have become one of the actors in drawing political, social, economic and educational directions and one of those influencing them, and one of the participants in developing solutions to them.
envision a proposal that includes the goals of the Egyptian Educational Observatory and its fields of work
