استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف علي ملامح منظمات التعلم في الفكر الإداري المعاصر من حيث مفهومها و أهميتها و أبرز خصائصها و أبعادها و التعرف علي الأسس النظرية للتميز المؤسسي من حيث مفهوم التميز و أهميته و أبرز خصائصه و أبعاده و مبررات توجه الجامعات نحو التميز المؤسسي و متطلبات تحقيقه و تقديم بعض التوصيات و المقترحات الإجرائية للجامعات المصرية من أجل تحقيق تميزها المؤسسي في ضوء أبعاد منظمات التعلم.

و استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي لدراسة المشكلة و توصل في نتائجه إلي مجموعة من التوصيات و المقترحات الإجرائية للجامعات المصرية من أجل تحقيق تميزها المؤسسي و منها : زيادة الاهتمام بأبعاد منظمات التعلم و خاصة بعد تمكين الأفراد من رؤية جماعية مشتركة و فرق التعلم و ربط المنظمة ببيئتها و ذلك لدورها الأساسي في الارتقاء بالمستوى و تحقيق التوازن بين مصلحة الجامعة و المستفيدين منها.

English Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the features of learning organizations in contemporary administrative thought in terms of its concept, importance and most prominent characteristics and dimensions, and to identify the theoretical foundations of institutional excellence in terms of the concept of excellence and its importance and most prominent characteristics and dimensions and justifications for the universities' orientation towards institutional excellence and the requirements to achieve it and provide some recommendations and procedural proposals to the Egyptian universities in order to achieve their institutional distinction in the light of the dimensions of learning organizations.

The current research used the descriptive approach to study the problem and reached in its results a set of procedural recommendations and proposals for Egyptian universities in order to achieve their institutional distinction, including: Increasing interest in the dimensions of learning organizations, especially after enabling individuals to have a collective collective vision and learning teams and linking the organization to its environment due to its fundamental role in raising the level, And achieving a balance between the interest of the university and its beneficiaries
