Abstract EN
The purpose of this article is to explain the relationship between cultural heritage and tourism development of a territory.
Through the case of the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou, it seeks the conditions to bring together to make the promotion of cultural heritage a vector for local tourism development.
To do this, it exposes some elements of the cultural heritage of this wilaya then passes to the presentation of the constraints that hinder its valuation and ends with the conditions to be met to value this heritage which constitutes an undeniable asset.

L’objectif de cet article consiste à expliquer la relation existante entre le patrimoine culturel et le développement touristique d’un territoire.
A travers le cas de la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou, il cherche les conditions à réunir pour faire de la valorisation du patrimoine culturel un vecteur de développement touristique local.
Pour ce faire, il expose quelques éléments du patrimoine culturel de cette wilaya puis passe à la présentation des contraintes qui entravent sa valorisation et finit par les conditions à réunir pour valoriser ce patrimoine qui constitue un atout indéniable.
