Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان طبيعة الاستراتيجية الاسرائيلية حيال دول حوض النيل بشكل عام، و المكانة الاستراتيجية لدول حوض النيل، و التعرف على ماهية الاستراتيجية الإسرائيلية حيال سد النهضة بشكل خاص و لتحقيق الهدف قامت الدراسة على فرضية مفادها : الامة علاقة ارتباطية بين الاستراتيجية الاسرائيلية و سياستها الخارجية التي تضمن أمنها القومي من حائل عانقتها بدول حوض الديل ( سد النهضة )".
و قد استخدمت الدراسة منهج صنع القرار، و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و المنهج التاريخي، و المنهج القانوني، و أظهرت النتائج أن لدول حوض النيل مكانة استراتيجية لخدمة السياسة الخارجية الإسرائيلية و تحقيق أطماع سياسية، إذ تعد ذات أهمية كبيرة بسبب موقعها الجغرافي الذي أدى إلى توفير العديد من الموارد المائية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن لدول حوض النيل أهمية استراتيجية ؛ إذ يساهم سد النهضة في إقامة العديد من المشاريع المشتركة بين دول حوض الديل.
كما أوصت الدراسة بالدعم الكامل من جميع الدول الأفريقية للاتحاد الأفريقي، سواء أكان الدعم ماديا أم بشريا بهدف تزويده بالأسلحة و القوات الداعمة له لمواجهة التحديات.
English Abstract
This study aimed to the Israeli strategic nature towards the Nile Basin countries, the strategic position of the Nile Basin countries, and to identify the Israeli strategic nature towards the Renaissance Dam.
The study aimed to show the nature of the Israeli strategy towards the Nile Basin countries in general, and the strategic position of the Nile Basin countries, and to identify the Israeli strategy towards the Renaissance Dam in particular.
To achieve the goal from conducting this study on a hypothesis this states: “There is a relationship correlative between the Israeli strategy and its foreign policy, which guarantees its national security through its relationship with the Nile Basin countries (Al-Nahda Dam).” The study used the decision-making approach, the descriptive-analytical approach, the historical approach, the legal approach, and the first results for the Nile Basin as a strategic position to serve the Israeli foreign policy.
The results present that the Nile Basin countries have strategic importance, as the Renaissance Dam contributes to the establishment of many joint projects between Nile Basin countries.
The study also recommended the full support of all African countries to the Union, whether it is material or human support with its information about weapons and forces supporting it to face challenges.
