This paper studied Al- Musaqa and Al-Muzara and its rules based on Ahaadeeth sahih Al- Bukhari which were established by Amam Abu Abdullah Mohammed bin Ismail Al- Bukhari.
Initiall, the biography of this a great Amam was highlighted which involved crucial and serious events.
Amam Al- Bukhari focused in this book on many economic and financial issues including two interrelated issues: Al-Musaqa and Al-Muzara.
These issues had been interested by Islamic legislation since the beginning of Al-Resala era.
The reason for this was the AlMusaqa and Al-Muzara affected the economic life of the ArabMuslim society and consequently controls and conditions were set to regulate their work.
