The research deals with the issue of caring for the interests of the people, taking into account the comprehensive, educational and social, the issue of custody of the working woman, the woman who combines her work outside the home and her custody of the children.

A presentation of the jurisprudence of the scholars, both old and new, with the mention of their evidence and their discussion, as well as the exposure to the legal aspect, mentioning the position of the personal status law in force in the country and the position of the courts of appeal through its various decisions in this regard to reach the result of the research and its usefulness.
