the study and research have shown me several findings; - The One's Sayings is an absolute argument, whether in beliefs, or in practical judgments.

- The analogy is a legitimate argument, and its argument means: that it is original and legitimate evidence; by which ijtihad (the independent reasoning) concludes sharia rulings, and its rank follows the quora'n, sunnah, and ijma (consensus).

- The analogy provided by Hanafi on the One's Sayings is intended to analog general assets and the established rules based on peremptory texts from the quora'n, sunnah, not suppositional fundamental analogy which is a research topic of ijtihad, which is the equality of a branch originally in the cause of his rule.

- Imam Abu Hanifa – may Allah have mercy on him – takes precautions in regard to hadiths; as long as they match with the general assets; and according to Hanafi; the sayings of one's is favorable more than the analogy if they mismatch with each other in one judgment.

- Hanafi view that their preferring of the analogy of general assets is not only a preferring of measurement; but an implementation of the texts of the Qura'n, and its general rules; which are in the first rank before Sunnah
