أنماط التنشئة الأسرية و علاقتها بالتنمر لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الجهراء بدولة الكويت : دراسة ميدانية

Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the nature of the correlation among some patterns of family upbringing and bullying behavior.

Furthermore, the study sought to explore the levels of bullying among the secondary stage students in Jahra Governorate, Kuwait.

The participants of the study were 342 students (males and females) who were enrolled in the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019.

The participants were selected via the random cluster sampling technique.

The study made use of a questionnaire for collecting the study data which consisted of two scales, namely the family upbringing scale and bullying behavior scale, which were prepared by the researcher.

The results of the study revealed that there was a positive correlation between domineering and oscillation behaviors and bullying behavior.

The results also revealed that (body, verbal and social) bullying were at an average level
