Abstract EN

The current research aimed at: studying the effect of using some e-learning strategies: represented in (participatory product strategy and web simulation on achievement), and developing digital library building skills using the Green Stone program, among a sample of students from the Library and Education Technology Department, Al-Azhar University using that Experimental method.

The research used tools: an achievement test, which measures the cognitive aspect associated with the skills of designing and building digital libraries (using the Green Stone program), and a card that notes the practical performance of the skills of designing and building digital libraries, assessing their sincerity, and calculating their stability.

The research reached the following results: - Define a list of skills for designing and building digital libraries using Green Stone.

-That both the participatory product strategy and the web simulation have its effect and effectiveness in developing the learning aspects that were addressed by research, but with respect to the two strategies, one of them had a greater impact than the other, as it became clear that the web simulation strategy had a greater impact than the participatory product strategy in developing those aspects
