Abstract EN

Allah (God), Exalted be He, has prepared the earth for living and settling in it and created everything that would help us for living, such as animals, making them lawful to be hunted.

However, hunting game from the land is restricted by forbidding it in some situations.

The problem arises when game is in a middle area that is neither a sacred nor unsacred boundary; hence the research's title is (Rulings on Hunting Game Within Sacred and Unsacred Limits (boundaries).

The research included an Introduction, Preface, three topics, a Conclusion and an Index of sources and references.

The method adopted was the scientific method that is usually adopted in jurisprudential research.

In the Introduction, I mentioned the subject title, reasons for choosing it, its significance and previous literature as well as my method in this research.

In the Preface, there is a definition of a religious (legal) ruling and hunting as well as the meaning of sacred and unsacred limits.

Topic One deals with the ruling on hunting, and evidence of its legality.

Topic Two is about slaughtering game in the sacred land and the penalty prescribed for its being perished.

Topic Three deals with game found in a middle area between sacred and unsacred boundaries.

Then come the Conclusion, sources and references.
