Abstract EN

This research aims to study the rhetorical phenomena and their presence in the ruling of Ibn Ata Allah al-Iskandari, as well as to clarify what is behind the deep structure of the ruling in terms of rich meanings.

The rulings drew the attention of the researcher with its conciseness in the phrase, accuracy in the formulation, splendor in style, presence of the various rhetorical formations in them, and the richness of meaning behind them, and appropriateness of the context.

The research deals with the study of these rhetorical phenomena that the author insisted on in his ruling, and the graphic arts that he chose to form his statement, and the rhetorical reasons behind this choice.

The researcher has limited these phenomena in the ruling and studied them in a research that reveals the relationship between them from the beginning of the ruling to its end, with reference to other places that the research did not address by analysis and statement.

Allah knows the intent behind everything.
