This study aims to identify the concept of the play of one chapter and the nature of the dramatic construction in which also identify the concept of the symbol and its implications in the theater also aims to study how to use the symbol in the play one chapter on the implementation of a play by the writer Naguib Mahfouz a play "chase" also revealed the motives of the direction the direction of the writer Naguib Mahfouz to employ the symbol in this play.
