The study aims to introduce Al-Muthanna bin Al-Sabah and the sayings of muhaddithin (traditionalist scholars) on him.

Then, it throws some light on his saying on Amr bin Shoaib.

It also introduces his sheikh Amr bin Shoaib and the sayings of muhaddithin on him..

The study consists of an introduction، three chapters and a conclusion.

, The introduction presents the research problem, its objectives, significance, previous studies, and the research methodology.

The first topic introduces Al-Muthanna bin Al-Sabah and the sayings of the muhaddithin on him.

The second topic introduces Amr bin shoaib the sayings of the muhaddithin on him.

presents The third topic : N the narrations of Al-Muthanna bin Al-Sabah on the authority of Omar and Bin Shoaib about the sunan of Abbi Dawood, Al-Tirmudhi, Ibn Majah and , and Ahmed’s hadith musnad.

The research reached several results, the most important of which are the following.

Al-Muthanna bin Al-Sabah is one of the narrators of hadith from Persia.

He narrated hadith on the authority of a number of hadith scholars and particularly more on the authority of Amr bin Shoaib.

He was a devoted believer but his narrated hadith showed some weakness due to some confusion in his perception.

His narrated hadiths on evil deeds were confused with his earlier hadiths on virtuous issues resulting in their invalidation.
