Abstract EN

This research attempts to present, discuss and respond to a series of assertions expressed by some contemporary linguists against grammatical thought, and explain the methodological and cognitive deficiencies that mislead them.

These reproaches, in which they criticized the work of Arab grammarians during normative and authentication process, included the issue of argumentation via the Holy Qur'an in comparison with Arlanguage, poetry and prose, accusing their work of being deficient and confused, which led them to resort to mental means such as interpretation when their results contradict with what was mentioned in the Holy Quran; in addition to contesting their version, poetry-based argument and minimizing its scope, all of these assertions have been refuted in this research using a deductive argumentative method.
