Abstract EN

: In this article we are going to deal with the method of how the imaginary cultural baggage in the folktale that is designed for children in Algeria, starting from its popular source, the narrator to the receiver/child.

The Algerian folktale played the role of the teacher and educator of the child for many previous centuries, and it participated to develop his personality intellectuallyand affectionately.Even though the child does not know the actions of the story,yet it develops his imagination and it helps him to solve different problems that face him in his life.

So, the folktale and its imaginer are the source of cultural /educationalcarrying and understanding of life with all its challenges for the child
