تطرق الباحث في بحثه إلى الحديث عن أحد فقهاء المالكية المغمورين و هو أبو الربيع سليمان بن حكم الغافقي القرطبي المالكي (ت618هـ) و عن منظومته الفقهية التي تعد أول منظومة جمعت جل أبواب الفقه المالكي تكلم فيه عن ترجمة المؤلف مجليا أهم جوانب حياته ثم تناول المنظومة بالدراسة و التحليل مبينا قيمتها العلمية.
Abstract EN
The researcher devoted himself in his study to bringing to light one of the unknown Malekite jurisconsults, who is Abu Rabi 'Souleymane Ibn Hakam Al-Ghafiqi Al-Qortoubi Al-Maliki (died in the year 618 AH) and to his legal verses (maxims) which are considered to be the first composition of verses which group together most of the Malekite legal chapters.
There, he spoke of the author’s biography, relating the most important events of his life.
Then he treated the Epistle by studying it, analyzing it and bringing to light its scientific value.
