The current study focuses on key points related to the foundations of the application of electronic governance within the Algerian University, as the automatic transition to electronic governance emanates from an urgent need for all parties due to the gains gained from this transformation and access to ways to reduce the obstacles to that, to achieve the goal of the study, which is mainly to provide solutions It is proposed to reduce the obstacles facing governance at the Algerian University, using our study with the descriptive analytical approach.

The study reached a conclusion that achieving e-governance in the Algerian University is determined by its strategies based on speed.
