Abstract EN

In this paper, we examined the financial and economic position of the Cement Company of Ain Kebira after it refused to list its shares in the pricing on the Algiers Stock Exchange, as well as the reasons that prevented her from being able to do so.

We have concluded that, despite the fact that the Corporation did not obtain funding sources from the IPO, it continued its development projects, and that its economic and financial performance was not affected.

This is evidence of the efficiency of the Corporation and its considerable potential and significant opportunities for growth and development.
