This study aims to identify the position of Algeria within the European energy market as a model of opportunities for Algeria to develop its renewable energy resources and integrate them into the global energy market.

The study concluded, Algeria is a key player in the European Energy Market, and it is imperative to support training and scientific research in the field of renewable energies to maintain this position in line with the policies and strategies of the countries of the Union aimed at securing permanent energy sources, competitive and non-polluting the environment
