Abstract EN

This research deals with studying and analyzing the role of administrative leadership in the process of change and development in light of the various challenges facing public and private business organizations alike, under the title (Administrative leaderships and their role in facing the challenges of change and development in business organizations), in addition to a study of the concept and components of the change process, and the obstacles and challenges That many institutions face when implementing the change process, and trying to find the best ways to reduce these obstacles.

The meeting also covered the current reality of Libyan business institutions and organizations, and the need for effective administrative leaderships that have the ability to face various challenges.

The research also reached results, the most important of which is that there is a clear lack of an effective administrative leader capable of facing various challenges and variables, and therefore the ability of Arab and Libyan institutions and business organizations, in particular, to continue to work and compete in light of the emerging global challenges, is doubtful.

The research adopted some recommendations, the most important of which is to find a future vision through which Arab administrative leaderships, and in Libya in particular, to realize the extent of the need for change and the seriousness of the various challenges facing business organizations.
