تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تؤديه الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ANSEJ في إنشاء و تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في ظل جهود الدولة الجزائرية الرامية للنهوض بهذا القطاع باعتباره سبيل تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية.
و اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من اجل إظهار مدى مساهمة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب فرع أدرار في إنشاء و تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة بولاية أدرار خلال الفترة 2010/2019 وتوصلت الدراسة الى أنه على الرغم من الجهود المبذولة من طرف الوكالة لم ترقى الى الأهداف المرجوة منها حيث انه في 10 سنوات الأخيرة تم تمويل 3075 مشروع و استحداث 9070 منصب عمل فقط فلا بد من تغيير آو تنويع استراتجيتها مع ما يتناسب مع خصوصية الولاية
Abstract EN
The present study sheds some light on the role of the National Agency for Youth Support and Employment (ANSEJ) in establishing and financing SMEs under the light of the Algerian state's efforts for advancing this sector as a way to achieve economic and social development.
In the present research, we opted for a descriptive approach it aims to demonstrate the extent of the contribution of the ( ANSEJ), Adrar branch, in establishing and financing SMEs in the Wilaya of Adrar during the period 2010/2019.
The findings of the research revealed that despite the efforts made by the agency, it did not live up to the desired goals As in the last 10 years only 3075 projects were founded and only 9070 job opportunities were created.
It is necessary now for the agency to change the change or diversify its strategies according to the specificity and the features of the wilaya.
