هدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر تقلبات القوة الشرائية لسعر صرف (US D / EURO) خلال الفترة 1999-2018.
وذلك بغرض الوقوف على مدى حساسية التغيرات الدورية في القوة الشرائية للدولار مقابل اليورو على مؤشرات المالية العامة في الجزائر.
و بعد المعالجة الإحصائية و القياسية لبيانات الدراسة أظهرت النتائج وجود مرونة ايجابية و مرتفعة للإيرادات العامة للدولة نتيجة للتغيرات في سعر صرف اليورو دولار الحقيقي قدرت بحوالي (1.

و بدرجة أقل بالنسبة للنفقات العامة بحيث قدرت مرونتها بحوالي (0.

كما تبين من خلال نتائج الدراسة أيضا بأن الزيادة في القوة الشرائية للدولار مقابل اليورو بنسبة (1%) أدت إلى انخفاض عجز الموازنة العامة بنسبة (17.

Abstract EN
This study aims to evaluate the effect of fluctuations in the purchasing power of the (USD / EURO) exchange rate during the period 1999-2018; in order to determine the sensitivity of the periodic changes in the purchasing power of the Dollar to the Euro against the general fiscal indicators in Algeria.
After statistical and empirical processing of the study data, the results showed that there is a positive and high elasticity to the public revenues of the country as a result of changes in the real Euro-Dollar exchange rate, which is estimated at (1.
23), with a lower impact on public expenditures, as its elasticity was estimated at (0.

The study results showed that the increase in the purchasing power of the Dollar against the Euro by (1%) led to a decrease in the public budget deficit by (17.
