تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أهمية القطاع الزراعي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة في الجزائر إذ تعتبر الزراعة أحد المحركات الفعالة إلى جانب قطاعي الصناعة و الخدمات في الرفع من مستويات النمو الاقتصادي و باعتبارها أيضا أحد استراتجيات التنويع الاقتصادي الهادف إلى التحول بالاقتصاد الوطني من طبيعته الريعية إلى طبيعته الإنتاجية من خلال تنويع مصادر الإيرادات العامة.
و لقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مساهمة القطاع الزراعي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية تبقى جد ضعيفة حيث سجلت نسبة 12.
29 من إجمالي الناتج المحلي في سنة 2016 و يرجع السبب الرئيسي إلى غياب التخطيط الاستراتجي للسياسات الزراعية المنتهجة و التي لم ترق إلى مستوى الإصلاحات المعتمدة من طرف السلطات العمومية.
Abstract EN
This study is trying to shed light on the importance of the agricultural sector in the achievement of overall economic development in Algeria.
Agriculture is considered one of the most effective engines in addition to the industrial and service sectors in raising the levels of economic growth.
It is also one of the strategies of economic diversification aimed at transforming the national economy from its nature.
To its productive nature, through diversification of public revenue sources.
The study concluded that the contribution of the agricultural sector to achieving economic development remains very weak, with 12.
29% of GDP in 2016.
The main reason for this is the lack of strategic planning for agricultural policies, which did not live up to the level of approved reforms by the public authorities
