Abstract EN

The study targeted the impact of New public management methods on the efficiency of the judicial administration at the justice modernization general directorate within Ministry of Justice.

For this purpose, the views of the various staff of the directorate were taken through the distribution of a questionnaire for the study, supported by field observations, with or without participation, as well as interviews with some branch managers within the directorate and its affiliate centers.The study population consists of all of the 124 employees’ staff of justice modernization general directorate.

It was based on a deterministic non-probabilistic sample of 100 employees excluding 24 employees where a 93% answer rate was achieved through which the study reached the following results: demonstrate the effect of New public management on the efficiency of the judicial administration by 94.5%, indicating a very strong positive correlation between the two variable
