Elections, under their form, play a critical role in the participation of the people the exercise of power, which constitutes in its turn fundamental guarantees of democracy.

For this reason, Algerian electoral law demands a mechanism allowing guaranteeing elections.

The integrity of this process will begin from the beginning preparative stage and process related to which affects its temporal or material control up to vote and up to its good functioning, such as to influence the vote of the voters, then to sort out and to announce results.
