The field study, which was applied to the public health sector in the Wilaya of Ghardaia), on a sample of 221 nurses from a community estimated at 734, randomly selected at of the following public hospital institutions: (Metlili, El Menia, Ghardaia), showed a significant number of them feeling dissatisfied, suffering and resentment toward the following factors: (The relationship with the head of service, the relationship with administration, ambiguity in tasks, promotion policy, physical working conditions, the struggle of roles, labour shift system, allowances and rewards, monthly salary, the modality of supervision, and means of work).
