Agricultural real estate is an important resource for the achievement of agricultural development and the advancement of the national economy due to the vital role it plays in development, as economic studies have shown that Algeria has important qualifications in the agricultural field that qualifies it to be among the countries achieving its food security, but the reality that Algeria is living in algeria imposing another logic in view of the problems in the sector, and perhaps one of the most serious is the phenomenon of attacking agricultural real estate property through random reconstruction, which led to negative repercussions on the size of the agricultural real estate vessel, which called for sounding the alarm due to the situation.

This is what made it necessary to take serious measures by the Algerian government to control and solve the problem of draining this important resource and protecting it by adopting the rural housing formula as an effective mechanism to limit the sweep of cement to agricultural land without respecting the legal requirements related to Reconstruction with the aim of protecting and preserving it, ensuring its development to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector to be a real alternative to hydrocarbons in the future.
