جعل المشرع عبء الاثبات في بعض الاحيان ميسر بعض الشيء من خلال ترغيب الجاني بالاعتراف بالجرم الذي ارتكبه و هذا الاعتراف ذي أثر محدد على العقوبة يختلف باختلاف الجرائم من حيث خطورتها و التبكير او الاسراع بذلك الاعتراف.
Abstract EN
The legislator has sometimes made the burden of proof somewhat easier by enticing the perpetrator to confess to the crime he committed, and this recognition has a specific effect on the punishment that varies with different crimes in terms of their seriousness and early or speeding up that recognition.
