قد يستعين القاضي الجنائي في سبيل التوصل للحقيقة إلى الطبيب الشرعي و يكون ذلك خاصة في جرائم العنف.
لذلك سنحاول تسليط الضوء على أهمية تقرير الخبرة الطبية الشرعية في مجال جرائم العنف.
Abstract EN
A criminal judge may seek the truth to the forensic physician, this is particularly the case for violent crimes.
We will therefore try to highlight the importance of determining legitimate medical expertise in the area of violent crime.
