عندما يخرج الزوج و تنقطع أخباره و لا تعرف حياته و لا موته و بعد أن يحكم بفقده تلتزم زوجته بالتلوم له على أمل ظهوره حيا لكن إن اختارت الفراق و عدم التلوم فإنها ترفع أمرها إلى القضاء لطلب التطليق وفقا لما يسمح به القانون و من ثم الحصول على حقوقها المالية كمطلقة.
Abstract EN
When the husband leaves, and his wife no longer knows where he is, whether he's alive or dead.
She may keep hoping to see him again.
But if she decides to give up, she will ask for divorce in the court according to the laws, and then she gets all her rights related to divorce.
