أثناء النزاعات المسلحة يكون الأطفال أكثر فئات المجتمع تضررا حيث منح القانون الدولي الحماية اللازمة للأطفال في هذه مثل النزاعات و الهدف من الدراسة بيان هذه الحماية و مقارنتها بما جاء في الشريعة الإسلامية.
Abstract EN
During armed conflicts, children are the most affected groups of society, as international law grants children the necessary protection in such conflicts, and the aim of the study is to clarify this protection and compare it with what was stated in Islamic law.
