Although the testimony, that resulted of the provided information about crimes, is considered one of most proof of criminal evidence in comparatives laws, however, legal and procedural protection of witness is still grossly insufficient, the witness is remained to be threatened or briberies and bargaining against perjury or obstruction of justice.
