Abstract EN

Administrative corruption has become a global disease that affects many countries around the world, especially the third world countries, resulting in negative effects, such as imbalances, disruption of reform efforts, violation of labor rules and official labor systems, the spread of disguised unemployment, anti-ethics and lack of wisdom in taking decisions and lack of justice among people.

To eradicate the epidemic of corruption and reduce its impact, governments and international organizations (Transparency International, the World Bank, the IMF and the Economic Forum) are making great efforts to combat this phenomenon.

In this paper, the researcher tries to identify the phenomenon of administrative corruption in Algeria from the international perspective by relying on the figures and indicators of international organizations concerned with combating corruption.
