Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on the subject of the phonetic accent in the Arabic language, by mentioning its linguistic definitions refering to researches of contemporary linguists.

This study focused on the definitions of language stress (accent) and their divisions into different types, determining the mechanism of its occurrence, its rules, positions, degrees and locations, while noting its importance in determining the linguistic connotations.

In the conclusion i tried to open the way to study this phonetic and linguistic subject according to other miscellaneous sciences and more precise And comprehensive methods.
