This study aims to reveal the pilgrims of the slogans of the Algerian popular movement as a popular speech produced and echoed by the group, which contributes to removing rhetoric from the sayings confined to the aesthetic dimension as well as investing the data of the contemporary Hajji study in the analysis and interpretation of the various speeches in Concrete contexts followed the conclusion that the pilgrims were represented in the social discourse and used by people in their daily lives, where the slogans of the harrak carried a set of pilgrims' instructions, making it an acceptable and convincing speech that was able to exert the act of change.
