يهدف المقال إلى تشخيص أزمات الدولة في العالم العربي من جميع جوانبها و أبعادها التاريخية.
و قد تم التركز في توصيف هذه الأزمات على ثلاثة مستويات : السياسي حيث جرى الحديث عن تسلط الدولة و استبدادها و استنزاف ثرواتها و الاقتصادي حيث فشلت سياساتها التنموية التي أدت إلى مزيد من الإفقار و غياب العدالة الاجتماعية و الاجتماعي حيث هيمنت سيادة الطائفية و الإثنية و القبلية على سلوك الدولة
Abstract EN
The Article aims to diagnose the state Crisis in the Arab world in all its aspects and historical dimensions.
It has been the focus of the characterization of these crises on three levels: political, where there was talk of state coercion and dictatorship and the depletion of its resources, and economic terms of development policies which have led to the further impoverishment and ence of justice, and social terms dominated rule of sectarian, ethnic and tribal state behavior failed.
