The african continent faces a range of challenges, threats and many kinds of security risks which have affected the national state, communities and individuals It puts the regional security on line especially after the fertile ground have become for non state actors which are Difficulties to control.

the weakness of many countries in the region as well as the traditional conflicts that the region lived which requires great efforts of all the concerned countries though the international efforts to build peace and security in the region also the economic community of west african states without ignoring the joint initiative and liberal agreements established by nageria ,benin, ghana and tago .on extradition of criminals across boarders .however,despite all these efforts ,the problem remains on the presence of obstacles which must be ovecome .that will carry out its comprehensive security duties.
