هناك تقريبا شبه إجماع على أن بداية الألفية الجديدة قد شهدت ظهور فاعل سياسي جديد في الجزائر الأ و هو جيل الشباب.
بطبيعة الحال، تقدم الأعمال العلمية حول المشاركة السياسية في الجزائر صورة سلبية تتمثل في وجود انخفاض شديد في مشاركة الشباب في ما يسمى بالسياسة الرسمية، و لكن هذه الأعمال لا تقول الكثير عن لماذا يفضل بعض الشباب المشاركة السياسية و لا على طرق المشاركة البديلة التي يفضلها البعض الأخر، و كذلك تبقى شبه صامتة عن الأثر السياسي للتجديد الجيلي الذي تحلمه هذه الفئة العمرية في العادة.
بناءا على هذه الوضعية، يهدف هذا المقال و بصورة متواضعة من خلال مسألة كيف ان النشاط السياسي و الأجتماعي إلى سد هذه الفجوة نسبي للشباب الممزوج بالتحوالت الأجتماعية و السياسية الكبرى للمجتمع الجزائري، و الموضوع ضمن سياقه السوسيو -تاريخي و أيضا ضمن سلسلة العلاقة مع الأجيال الأخرى قد عزز وعي سياسي و مدني جماعي جديد لدى الشباب، و بطريقة جعلت من هؤلاء يرون انفسهم كجيل متميز و قادر على التأثير على المجتمع الذي يحيط بهم.
للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل، يستخدم المقال بيانات من أربعين مقابلة شبه موجهة أجريت مع ناشطين شباب في أحزاب سياسية ؛ منظمات المجتمع المدني ؛ و أيضا في حركات اجتماعية (متمركزة في وهران منذ نهاية عام 2017 و حتى بداية عام 2019).
اظهر تحليل هذه المقابلات أن النشاط السياسي و الاجتماعي للشباب يتوسطه شعور اجتماعي و نفسي عميق بالضيق الاجتماعي و بصورة جعلت من هذا الضيق يتحول الى لممح تعريف جيلي لهم.
هذا الضيق متعدد الأوجه و يتخذ ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية و هي : ضيق اجتماعي اقتصادي، ضيق رمزي و ضيق علاقي ما بين جيلي..
Abstract EN
There is almost a general consensus that the beginning of the new millennium was marked by the advent of a new political actor in Algeria, which is the younger generations.
Of course, the scientific work on political activism in Algeria shows the existence of a low participation of young people in so-called formal politics, however, they do not say much about young people who favored being activist , nor on its alternative modes of engagement, as well as the political impact of generational renewal that carries this age group.
Based on this finding, this article aims to fill this gap relatively and modestly by questioning how the political and social activism of young people, combined with the great social and political transformations of Algerian society, their socio-historical space and to their intergenerational relations , promotes a new collective political and civic consciousness in the sense that these young people end up by considering themselves as a distinct generation, able to influence the society around them.
In answering such a question, the article uses data drawn from a forty semi-structured interviews around young activists in political parties; civil society organizations; and social movements (implanted in Oran since the end of 2017 and until the beginning of 2019).
The analysis of the interviews showed that youth activism is mediated and imbued with a deep social malaise that becomes a profile of its generational identification.
This malaise is multiform and takes three main dimensions which are : a socio- economic malaise, a symbolic and intergenerational malaise.

Un consensus, presque général, s'est dégagé sur le fait que le début du nouveau millénaire a connu l'avènement d'un nouvel acteur politique en Algérie, c'est celui des jeunes générations.
Certes, les travaux scientifiques sur l'activisme politique en Algérie montrent l'existence d'une faible participation des jeunes au politique dite formelle, cependant, elles ne disent pas grand-chose sur les jeunes qui favorisent l'activisme politique et social, ni sur ses modes alternatifs d'engagement, ainsi que l'impact politique de renouvellement générationnel qui porte ce groupe d'âge.
Partant de ce constat, le présent article vise à combler relativement et modestement ce vide en interrogeant comment l'activisme politique et sociale des jeunes, combiné aux grandes transformations sociales et politiques de la société Algérienne, à leur espace socio-historique à leurs rapports intergénérationnels, favorise une nouvelle conscience politique et civique collective dans la mesure où ces jeunes finissent par se constituer en tant qu'une génération, capable d'influencer la société qui les entoure.
En répondant de telle question, l'article utilise les données de quarante entretiens semi-directifs effectuées auprès des jeunes activistes dans des partis politiques; des organisations de la société civile; et dans des mouvements sociaux (implantées à Oran depuis la fin de 2017 et jusqu'au début de 2019).
L'analyse des entretiens a abouti à montrer que l'activisme des jeunes est médiatisé et imprégné par un profond malaise social qui se convertit pour être un profil de son identification générationnelle.
Ce malaise est multiforme et prend trois dimensions principales: un malaise socio-économique, un malaise symbolique et intergénérationnel dit relationnel.
