Abstract EN

This study aims to try to determine the nature of the reference frameworks on which the various leading actors in the local organization are based, and the nature of the practices that are taking place within this format.

Some sociological anthropological studies have worked to highlight the consolidation of the tribal dimension in the community.

In a serious attempt to contribute to this analysis, we read Socio Epistemological Critique of the paths that shape rationalization across the various sociology of organization sociology, and then test the best sociological convictions in the field.

This study, based on the results of the field study, found that the ence of rationality is due to the nature of the internal structure of this format, which is a set of individual and collective strategies in which the main driver is belonging to the throne or entity, and therefore these belongings constitute the frame of reference for the act.
