هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان أداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة عن متغيرات الدراسة وقد تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 81 موظف بمؤسسة SANIAK و مؤسسة ENPEC.
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هذه المؤسسات تتحلى بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية القانونية مما ساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة إلا أنها لا تتحلى بالمسؤولية الخيرية لذا تم اقتراح توصيات تساهم في دعم التحلي بكل أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to determine the contribution of social responsibility in achieving the sustainable development of the institutions, questionnaire was used as a tool to collecting, it was distributed to a sample of 81 employees of SANIAK and ENPEC.
The study concluded that these institutions have moral and legal responsibility, which contributed in achieving sustainable development; however, it does not have the charitable responsibility, which led to suggest applicable recommendations that contribute in supporting all social responsibility dimensions.

Cette étude visait à déterminer la contribution de la responsabilité sociale à la réalisation du développement durable, un questionnaire a été distribué sur un échantillon de 81 employés de l'institution SANIAK et ENPEC.
L'étude a conclu que ces institutions ont la responsabilité morale, juridique qui ont contribué à atteindre développement durable; cependant, ce qui a conduit à suggérer des recommandations contribuent à soutenir toutes les dimensions de la responsabilité sociale.
