تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الثقافة المقاولاتية و كيفية تأثيرها على إنشاء المؤسسات المصغرة لدى الشباب المقاول و المدعم من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر بتلمسان حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 65 مقاول مدعم من طرف الوكالة حيث اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على الاستبيان وفي تحليلها على البرنامج الإحصائي IBM SPSS STATISTICS.
حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشباب المتوجه لوكالة ANGEMيمتلك الثقافة المقاولاتية و كذلك الروح المقاولاتية لا تعتبر المحدد الرئيسي في تشكيل الثقافة المقاولاتية بل هناك عدة عوامل و محددات أساسية تلعب دورا رئيسيا في تشكيلها وهناك ارتباط كبير بين الثقافة المقاولاتية و إنشاء المؤسسة.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to determine the contribution of social responsibility in achieving the sustainable development of the institutions, questionnaire was used as a tool to collecting, it was distributed to a sample of 81 employees of SANIAK and ENPEC.
The study concluded that these institutions have moral and legal responsibility, which contributed in achieving sustainable development; however, it does not have the charitable responsibility, which led to suggest applicable recommendations that contribute in supporting all social responsibility dimensions.

Cette étude visait à déterminer la contribution de la responsabilité sociale à la réalisation du développement durable, un questionnaire a été distribué sur un échantillon de 81 employés de l'institution SANIAK et ENPEC.
L'étude a conclu que ces institutions ont la responsabilité morale, juridique qui ont contribué à atteindre développement durable; cependant, ce qui a conduit à suggérer des recommandations contribuent à soutenir toutes les dimensions de la responsabilité sociale.
