حاولت هذه الدراسة استكشاف واقع ظاهرة الفقر في العالم مع التركيز على فروقات التنمية الموجودة بين الدول المتقدمة و المتخلفة والموجودة بين الأقاليم و النواحي و أثرها على مؤشرات الرفاهية في المجتمع التي تعكس مستويات الفقر الفعلية و تكشف عن الخارطة الحقيقية لتوزيع الفقر في العالم و لتحقيق ذلك حاولنا تحليل ظاهرة الفقر في العالم في ضوء مؤشرات التنمية البشرية و مؤشري الدخل و الاستهلاك مع الإشارة الى علاقة ذلك بمفهوم التنمية و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ان تحليل ظاهرة الفقر في العالم عموما و في البلدان خصوصا لا بد ان يأخذ فروق التنمية بعين الاعتبار كونها تعكس الأسباب الحقيقية لهذه الظاهرة و تكشف واقعها الفعلي و النتائج المترتبة عنها.
Abstract EN
This study tried to explore the reality of poverty in the world with a focus on the development differences that exist between developed and underdeveloped countries and between regions, and its impact on welfare indicators that reflect the real poverty levels and reveal the real map of the distribution of poverty in the world.
To achieve this, we have tried to analyze the phenomenon of poverty in the world in the light of human development indicators and income and consumption index with reference to the relationship with the concepts of development and growth.
The study concluded that the analysis of the phenomenon of poverty in the world in general and in countries in particular must take into account the differences in development because they reflect the real causes of this phenomenon and reveal its actual impact and consequences.

Cette étude a tenté d'explorer la réalité de la pauvreté dans le monde en mettant l'accent sur les différences de développement qui existent entre les pays développés et sousdéveloppés et entre les régions, et son impact sur les indicateurs de bien-être qui reflètent les niveaux réels de pauvreté et révèlent la véritable carte dès la répartition de la pauvreté dans le monde.
Pour y parvenir, nous avons tenté d'analyser le phénomène de la pauvreté dans le monde à la lumière des indicateurs de développement humain et de l'indice de revenu et de consommation en référence à la relation avec les concepts de développement et de croissance.
L'étude a conclu que l'analyse du phénomène de la pauvreté dans le monde en général et dans les pays en particulier doit prendre en compte les différences de développement car elles reflètent les causes réelles de ce phénomène et révèlent son impact et ses conséquences réels.
