The objective of the research is to highlight the efficiency of the NPV based on DCF in the "TORON" project evaluation.
The efficiency of the approach is related to the method of determining the incremental cash flows of the project and how the discount rate was chosen, taking into account the effects of inflation, leverage, risk, and The great role played by the marketing and technical feasibility study in determining cash flows, which resulted in the difficulty of determining efficiency due to the difficulty in controlling the specific variables of the cash flows of the project, whether macro, or micro economics variables.

L'objectif de la recherche est de mettre en évidence l'efficacité de la NPV basée sur DCF dans l'évaluation du projet "TORON".
