تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تطور مستوى الأجور الحقيقية و بالتالي القدرة الشرائية لفئة الأجراء و التي تمثل أكثر من ثلثي إجمالي المشتغلين في ظل تطور مستوى الأجور الإسمية و مستوى الأسعار في الجزائر.
فبالرغم من الارتفاعات الهامة في مستويات الأجور الإسمية و التي تتحدد حسب العديد من المحددات مثل قطاع النشاط و المؤهلات خلال الفترة ماي 2017 مقارنة بفترة ماي 2010 إلا أن الأجور الحقيقية لم تنمو إلا بنسب ضئيلة جدا و سالبة في بعض الأحيان خلال نفس الفترة بسبب الارتفاع في مستوى الأسعار مقاسا بالمؤشر الوطني لأسعار الاستهلاك.
Abstract EN
This study aims to assess the development of the level of real wages, and hence the purchasing power, of the wage earners, which represent more than two-thirds of the total employed, in light of the development of the level of nominal wages and the level of prices in Algeria.
Despite significant increases in nominal wage levels, which are determined by many determinants such as activity sector and qualifications, in May 7102 compared to May 2010, real wages have grown only at very low rates and sometimes negative during the same period due to the rise in the price level, as measured by the national consumer price index.

Cette étude vise à évaluer l'évolution du niveau des salaires réels, et donc du pouvoir d'achat, des salariés, qui représentent plus des deux tiers de l'emploi total, à la lumière de l'évolution du niveau des salaires nominaux et du niveau des prix en Algérie.
Malgré des augmentations significatives des niveaux de salaires nominaux, qui sont déterminés par de nombreux déterminants tels que le secteur d'activité et les qualifications, en mai 7102 par rapport à mai 2010, les salaires réels n'ont augmenté que de manière très faible et ont parfois été négatifs au cours de la même période en raison de la hausse des niveaux des prix, tel que mesuré par l'indice national des prix à la consommation.
