يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أثر التمكين الإداري على الرضا الوظيفي من خلال دراسة أثر أبعاده المتمثلة في كل من: الحرية و الاستقلالية الاتصال و مشاركة المعلومات فرق العمل الذاتية التأثير و التدريب على الرضا الوظيفي في مؤسسة حقن و نفخ البلاستيك بسطيف وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستمارة التي تضمنت 35 عبارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات و التي تم توزيعها على 31 مستجوبا.
خلصت الدراسة الميدانية إلى أنه: يتم تطبيق التمكين الإداري في مؤسسة حقن و نفخ البلاستيك بسطيف وأن هذه المؤسسة تعمل على تحقيق الشعور بالقبول و الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين وأن التمكين الإداري يؤثر إيجابا على الرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة ذاتها.
Abstract EN
This article aims to highlight the impact of administrative empowerment on job satisfaction, through studying the impact of its dimensions represented in: freedom and independence, communication and information sharing, self-work teams, influence and training, on job satisfaction at the plastic injection and blowing institution in Setif City, based on the questionnaire, which included 35 questions as a basic data collection tool, distributed to 31 respondents.
The field study concluded that: The administrative empowerment is applied in the plastic injection and blowing institution, and that this institution is working to achieve a sense of acceptance and satisfaction of employees, and that administrative empowerment positively affects job satisfaction in the institution itself.

Cet article vise à mettre en évidence l'impact de l'autonomisation administrative sur la satisfaction au travail en étudiant l'impact de ses dimensions représentées dans: liberté et indépendance, communication et partage d'informations, équipes de travail indépendant, influence et formation, sur la satisfaction au travail dans l'institution d'injection et de soufflage de plastique de Sétif, sur la base du questionnaire, qui comprenait 35 déclarations comme outil de base pour la collecte de données et distribué à 31 répondants.
L’étude de terrain a conclu que: L’autonomisation administrative est appliquée dans l’institution d’injection et de soufflage de plastique; et que cette institution s'efforce de créer un sentiment d'acceptation et de satisfaction professionnelle pour les employés, et que l'autonomisation administrative affecte positivement la satisfaction au travail dans l'institution elle-même.
