تعمل المؤسسات الاقتصادية في محيط يشوبه الكثير من التغير الدائم و المستمر نتيجة للتطور التسارع الذي مس كل جوانب الحياة المعاصرة فالمؤسسات الاقتصادية مطالبة دائما بالسعي باستمرار نحو التغيير في استراتيجيات و سياسات العمل وفي إدخال التكنولوجيات الحديثة و التغيير في سلوكيات و اتجاهات العاملين و انتهاج أساليب و طرق جديدة لأجل ضمان بقائها و تعزيز قدراتها التنافسية و التكيف مع متطلبات البيئة المحيطة و من خلال هذه الورقة فإننا أظهرنا أن التغير التكنولوجي يفرض المزيد من الضغوط على الأنساق الثقافية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية خاصة وأن تلك الأنساق تميل أكثر إلى الثبات و الاستقرار على عكس الأنساق التكنولوجية و لهذا فإن المؤسسة التي تريد الاستمرار و التقدم و النجاح لا بد لها أن تكيف ثقافتها التنظيمية لتقبل هذا الكم الهائل و المتسارع من التغير التكنولوجي.
Abstract EN
Economic institutions operate in a fraught environment with a continuous change which touched all aspects of contemporary life.
They are always required to continually seek change in business strategies and policies, introducing new technologies, changing employees attitudes, and adopting new methods to ensure their survival, competitiveness and adaptation to the surrounding environment.
In this paper, we have shown that technological change places more pressure on the cultural patterns of economic institutions, especially as these patterns tend to be more stable than technological patterns.
Therefore, the organization that wants to continue, progress and succeed must adjust its organizational culture to accept this huge and accelerating technological change.

Les institutions économiques opèrent dans un environnement difficile avec un changement continu qui touche tous les aspects de la vie contemporaine.
Ils sont toujours tenus de rechercher continuellement des changements dans les stratégies et politiques commerciales, en introduisant de nouvelles technologies, en changeant les attitudes des employés et en adoptant de nouvelles méthodes pour assurer leur survie, leur compétitivité et leur adaptation à l'environnement.
Dans cet article, nous avons montré que le changement technologique exerce plus de pression sur les modèles culturels des institutions économiques, d'autant plus que ces modèles ont tendance à être plus stables que les modèles technologiques.
Par conséquent, l'organisation qui veut continuer, progresser et réussir doit ajuster sa culture organisationnelle pour accepter cet énorme changement technologique accéléré.
