نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى محاولة تحديد متطلبات تنمية التأمين التكافلي بالجزائر و هذا بسبب ما يعرفه القطاع الذي في غالبيته تأمين تجاري من ركود و عزوف في ظل غياب البديل الشرعي إذ تبقى نسبة مساهمته في الدخل الوطني الخام دون الـ 7% تقريبا بالإضافة إلى ما يشهده التأمين التكافلي في دول العالم الإسلامي وغير الإسلامي من تطورات هامة سواء من الجانب الكمي أو الكيفي لذا سنعمل على عرض و تحليل واقع التأمين بالجزائر من فرص و عوائق مع الأخذ بالتجربة الإماراتية كأحد الدول السباقة في التأمين التكافلي كنموذج نحاول من خلاله استنباط أهم المتطلبات الكفيلة بتنمية القطاع بالجزائر.
Abstract EN
The objective of this paper is to try determined the development’s requirements of takaful insurance in Algeria, because of what the sector is suffering from stagnation and the absence of a legitimate alternative, by the way we are working on presenting and analyzing the opportunities and obstacles of the Algerian insurance sector, based on the experience of the uae, as a model in which we try to develop the most important requirements so.

L’objectif de cet article est d’essayer de déterminer les exigences du développement de l’assurance en Algérie, qu’a connu un ‘absence d’alternative légitime, donc nous allons travailler a présenter et analyser les opportunités et les obstacles du secteur d’assurance algerian, on prise en compte l’expérience de l’uae, pour développer leurs importants exigencies.
