The aim of this study is to present the reality of tourism development in the North Africa’s countries through identifying the strategy which is adopted in these countries, and the results that was achieved, in addition to illustrated the most important of the challenges facing the North African countries in their journey to develop the tourism sector .

The study concluded unless the tourism sector in the North Africa countries has received attention as part of its development policy, it didn’t achieve the desired results , when the tourist performance of this countries is weak both in the term of attracting foreign tourists or in term of its contribution in the GDP or also in term of tourism revenues that is Exceeding 2%
