حاولت هذه الدراسة تقديم نموذج تطبيقي لقياس التوازن الاقتصادي الكلي باستخدام نموذج (Hicks- Hansen) في الاقتصاد الجزائري بإتباع منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDL كنموذج للتكامل المشترك على بيانات من السلاسل الزمنية خلال الفترة 1980-2017 و يشرح نموذج (Hicks- Hansen) التغيرات في الدخل الوطني عندما يكون مستوى السعر ثابتا على المدى القصير كما يوضح النموذج كذلك سبب تحول منحنى إجمالي الطلب و بالتالي تستخدم هذه الأداة أحيانا ليس فقط لتحليل التقلبات الاقتصادية و لكن أيضا لاقتراح مستويات محتملة لسياسات الإستقرار المناسبة بالإضافة إلى تحديد الدخل الوطني التوازني و سعر الفائدة التوازني ليحقق الاستقرار النسبي وقد حققت الدراسة نتائج مختلفة على الدراسات السابقة وجدت أن هناك علاقة طويلة بين متغيرات الدراسة باستثناء الإنفاق الاستثماري و أسعار الفائدة لاتوجد علاقة في الأجل الطويل كما أظهرت الدراسة نتائج نموذج تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطـأ سالبة و هذا يدعم إتجاه التوازن المحقق من الأجل القصير بإتجاه الأجل الطويل و عند قياس نموذجي سوق و و التي تتلائم مع النظرية الاقتصادية و عند قياس التوازن الاقتصادي الكلي المقدرة كان الدخل الوطني التوازني أكبر من متوسط الحل للفترة المدروسة
Abstract EN
This study attempts to present an applied model for measuring macroeconomic equilibrium using the Hicks- Hansen model in the Algerian economy by using the ARDL methodology as a model for joint integration on data from time series during the period 1980-2017.
In the national income when the price level is fixed in the short term, the model also explains why the aggregate demand curve has shifted, so this tool is sometimes used not only to analyze economic volatility but also to suggest possible levels of appropriate stabilization policies, as well as to identify The study has achieved different results on the previous studies and found that there is a long relationship between the variables of the study except for investment spending and interest rates, there is no relationship in the long term.
The short-term equilibrium in the long-term direction, when measuring two market models that fit the economic theory, and when measuring the estimated macroeconomic equilibrium, the national equilibrium income was greater than the average solution for the period studied.
