The present study confirms that, as scholars of exegesis have agreed upon, occasion of revelation of a Quranic verse is considered a weighting factor in determining its meaning.

This significant issue highlights the benefit of occasion of revelation in understanding the meanings of Quranic verses.

The study provides illustrative examples that clearly indicate the effect of occasion of revelation of Quranic verses in determining their meanings.

It concludes with presenting its findings and making
